Summary
This report covers the period of 1 April 2021 – 31 December 2021. In this reporting period, the Copper Mark continued to build momentum in promoting responsible production practices across the copper value chain. Over 15% of copper produced globally now comes from Copper Mark-assured sites. The Copper Mark was awarded to 17 sites this year and the assurance framework was opened for fabricator participants in a pilot, further expanding the Copper Mark’s downstream engagement.
