Summary

This paper is a response to the Froese and Proelss study on MSC certified seafood. The paper re-analyse the results and find, for example, an incorrect definition of 'overfished'. This study used 45 fish stocks from MSC certified fisheries and used internationally accepted methods for determining 'overfishing' ocurred. The results show that none of the examined stock was overfished.
