摘要
This report analyses 10 case studies of large-scale land deals in order to contribute to a better comprehension of the investment chains sustaining these deals. Another aim is to find out effective strategies for public action to guarantee that national and local agendas for sustainable, inclusive development are taken into account. Therefor, the Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance of Tenure of Land, Fisheries and Forests in the Context of National Food Security, endorsed by the Committee on World Food Security in 2012, have to be put into practice.
