摘要
This paper analyses the power dynamics between local communities, state actors, companies and multistakeholder initiatives in the context of the extractives industry. It uses the example of the EITI (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative) to explore how conflict is managed in the industry for mining sector projects that may have a negative social or environmental impact.
