摘要
This report examines due diligence in the regulation of trade of illegal and unsustainable timber products. Focusing on lessons learnt from implementation of the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR) and other mandatory due diligence laws, the report highlights a number of challenges to establishing effective mandatory due diligence, whilst also some specific and practical solutions.
