The authors use secondary survey data on 192 unionized factories, 52 per cent of which produced apparel or
textiles, 38 per cent of which produced electronics, and 10 per cent of which produced Footwear. They use an ordered logistic regression model (model 1) to explore the effect of codes of conducts on labor prices rights (existence and quality of collective bargaining agreements)
