摘要
This study examines the the effects of GlobalGAP certification for horticulture (green bean and mango exports)
in Senegal on three employment conditions: wages, duration of employment
and contract type. The authors analyse a panel household survey data and find significant positive certification effects on daily wages an contract duration, but no effects were found on the security of contracts.
