摘要
The paper evaluates the process of implementation of the HCS (High Carbon Stock) approach and how it negotiates conflicting valuations of the forest and ecological resources. It uses interviews and discursive analysis to explore the conflicts in understanding of forest value and how implementing organisations work with local communities.
