摘要
This paper analyses jurisdictional approaches (JAs) by examining global academic literature and policy publications. It identifies five main themes: conceptual analysis, inclusion, social and political influences, interactions with other governing bodies, and impact assessment. The analysis underscores the adaptable nature of JAs and the various interpretations they receive in literature. It concludes by discussing policy implications and suggesting areas for future research, emphasizing the importance of understanding JAs for their potential to enhance sustainability governance.
