摘要
In the context of mining, oil, gas and forestry sectors, this papers explores the role of FPIC in improving indigenous peoples and local communities ability to have a voice in the direction and outcomes of resource interventions. Authors focus on the impact of FPIC on social equity and explores the evolution of FPIC in both sectors, mining and forestry.
