摘要

This is a summary report of MSC's third impacts report released in 2015, which describes the impacts of MSC certification and eco-labelling program on the environment and the management practices of participating fisheries. Environmental indicators included in the report are primarily based on MSC fishery assessment data authored by third party Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs). Performance indicators consider the number of fisheries engaged with MSC, how well each part of the sustainability assessment, certification process and eco-labelling scheme is performing and also measure consumer awareness of the MSC.
