摘要
This report presents a series of case studies commissioned by the Fairtrade Foundation exploring the barriers to women becoming members, leaders and salaried employees of Fairtrade SPOs. The findings show three common barriers: producer organisation rules, structures and practices; sociocultural norms and practices; and women's individual circumstances and choices.
